Step 1

Begin by selecting Tools from the left-hand menu, and then Manage Account:

Step 2

Under the tab Manage Users, select Add New Contact. If you have subswitching permission, ensure that the correct entity is selected at the top right of the screen:

Step 3

Contact Information: Please be sure to enter all required fields as circled in the image below. If a required field is left empty, you will receive a corresponding error message when you attempt to save the user:

Step 4

Limit Values: Both limit values are required fields. If you would not like to limit the amount the user can trade, then enter "0" in the Trade Limit field. If you want the user to have approval permissions, you will need to enter an amount greater than 0 to allow this permission. If you enter "0" in the field, the user will not be able to approve any instructions in an amount greater than 0. The Approval Limit is the maximum amount the user can approve on a single instruction:

Step 5

Web Permissions: Permissions are grouped into categories with the ability to Select All. Alternatively, you can select permissions individually within each category.

Step 6

Email Settings: You can select which email notifications to send to the user

Step 7

Finally, select "Save Contact" at the bottom of the page to continue:

Step 8

Once the user is saved, you can find the new user under the Approve Changes tab, awaiting approval from another administrator, or a user with approval permissions. All new users will require a second approval to become active. For information on how to Approve a new User, or Edit an existing user, please refer to this article: Approving or Editing Users
